Practice Closure Notice – 23rd July

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PATIENTS

Oakfield Surgery will be closed for essential staff training on Wednesday 23rd July from 12:30pm to 6:30pm.

If you need to be seen on the day or have an urgent concern that requires you to call our urgent booking service then please call us on 020 8776 6514 and listen to the options carefully. For life-threatening emergencies, call 999 immediately.

If you are seeking a non-urgent appointment or have a different query then we recommend you contact us either via our online request service or by phone. Both will reopen as usual on the following day, Thursday 24th July at 8:00am.
