Oakfield Surgery will be operating at reduced capacity and partially closed for training on Thursday, 28th November 2024, from 12:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

During this time, our medical online triage service will be unavailable so please come back tomorrow for non-urgent medical queries.

For admin related matters such as referrals, results, or prescription requests, please submit an online admin triage request or use the NHS App.

If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the following day, please call the out of hours GP service on 0300 003 2314. For life-threatening emergencies, call 999 immediately.
